I just moved here about 4 months ago coming from a separation. Was very nervous to start living by myself but Manny (apartment manager) made it super welcoming. Maintenance guys are super nice and always are very helpful and come Really quick. It super quiet here and peaceful. Love the activities they have for the community. 100 Labor Apartments is a wonderful place to live!!! Beautiful views, friendly neighbors and the staff is great. The club house has the best coffee and the pool is beautiful but at night it’s a must see. My favorite amenities are the fitness center and the rooftop terraces. The fitness center is 24 hours!!!! and has the best equipment!

Overall Experience Living Here as been better than other places that I've lived at. Manager Sarah Anderson makes sure everything runs smoothly here, Annette Rodriguez is Awesome as well she is on top of everything as well. Maintenance Men both complete Work Orders in a timely manner and always friendly.
